If we cannot or chose not to meet or beat that price, we will tell you in all fairness that we cannot do the job for the price. The Customer must present the competitor's written, floor cleaning quote to us at the time of meet or beat request.

We start at 9am by appointment from Monday to Friday. We make sure to arrive on scheduled time. However, we do give you 1 hour window of time for our cleaning team arrival. Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. We have bonding coverage and general liability insurance which includes our employees, and your business.
9How long does the cleaning service take?
It is variable on the size of your property and cleaning requirements. However, on average it takes about four to 6 hours for a team of 4 specialists to complete the task.
10When do you start once I book your services?
We usually start within five days.
11How do I pay for the service?
We accept checks, cards and cash. Please make the payment when due. We do not accept thirty, sixty or ninety day payments.
12Will you take responsibility for the propery if it is damaged?
With a team of experienced cleaning specialists, damage to client property is very rare. However, in case if it happens, our team takes responsibility for it. We will either replace the damage item or reimburse you. If needed, we’ll file for insurance claims.
13Do I have to be on the premisis during the cleaning process?
Yes. It is advisable that you should be present to see the work in progress so that you’re well-aware of how we work and, also there is no miscommunication of the work that needs to be completed.
14What do you do to ensure client satisfaction?
We provide you with 100 percent satisfaction guarantee deep cleaning policy.
