If you bring us a competitor's written, floor cleaning quote or offer in written form from a legitimate floor cleaning company, we will give a fair effort to meet or beat it. This floor cleaning company has to be a licensed operating business like us. If we cannot or chose not to meet or beat that price, we will tell you in all fairness that we cannot do the job for the price. The Customer must present the competitor's written, floor cleaning quote to us at the time of meet or beat request.

At 360 Floor Cleaning Services, we believe that every business is unique and has different deep cleaning needs depending on the amount of foot traffic, maintenance area coverage and general conditions. All these factors determine the type of floor cleaning service and level of care that is needed to keep the property in top condition which can’t be decided on the phone. Our team will visit your factory or warehouse and after a thorough inspection provide you with a service estimate.

Generally, we have a team of 3 to 5 skilled cleaning specialists but the size of the team is variable depending on your cleaning needs, area covered and the time you require the job to be completed.

We start at 9am by appointment from Monday to Friday. We make sure to arrive on scheduled time. However, we do give you 1 hour window of time for our cleaning team arrival. In case, if you want service timings to change or have any kind of timing issue, do let us know in advance so that we can schedule for services according to your requirement.

It is variable on the size of your property and cleaning requirements. However, on average it takes about four to 6 hours for a team of 4 specialists to complete the task.

We usually start within five days.

We accept checks, cards and cash. Please make the payment when due. We do not accept thirty, sixty or ninety day payments.

With a team of experienced cleaning specialists, damage to client property is very rare. However, in case if it happens, our team takes responsibility for it. We will either replace the damage item or reimburse you. If needed, we’ll file for insurance claims.

Yes. It is advisable that you should be present to see the work in progress so that you’re well-aware of how we work and, also there is no miscommunication of the work that needs to be completed.

We provide you with 100 percent satisfaction guarantee deep cleaning policy. We perform the job will full-dedication and also walk you through the premises with our deep cleaning team leader so that you can see how we have cleaned your property. In case, if you are not fully satisfied, we’ll re-clean to ensure you’re happy with our service.
